Answer to Question: Reforming the Bush tax policies is the best place to start restoring federal discipline to Washington. The Bush tax plan, which favors corporations and wealthy individuals over working families, will cut heavier Revenue by $241 billion in 2004. I would also work to eliminate wasteful spending while protecting essential services.

Answer to Question:
Follow the recommendations of the Grace commission, and cut as many bureaucracies as possible. For example, a new bureaucracy was created with the National Do Not Call List. Since the Direct Marketing Association already ran one, we did not need a federal one. Cut this costly, unnecessary bureaucracy.
