Response to Question:This year we will improve the efficiency of our office by the installation of new casemanagement software, using state of the art data base technology. The system we are replacing was installed in 1987. We have moved many of our services to the internet to provide 24-7 service, and will continue to move more over the next three years. Just as importantly, all of our employees have received customer service training and are enthusiastically practicing what they’ve learned. For the future, we hope to leverage the full power of our new data-base technology to provide valuable information to attorneys, judges, the Ohio Legislature and the public to improve the overall administration of justice in Ohio.
